  • Visual Communication is communication through visual aid and is described as the conveyance of ideas and information in forms that can be read or looked upon. Visual Communication in part or whole relies on vision and is primarily presented or expressed with two dimensional images, it includes signs, drawing, typography, illustration, industrial design, advertising, graphic design animation colour and electronic resources. It also explores the idea that a visual message accompanying text has a greater power to inform, educate, or presuade a person or audience.

BRANDING DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT

  • The brand is "a name, term, design, symbol, or any other feature that identifies one seller product is different from other sellers. Brands are used in business, marketing and advertising. Originally, livestock branding has been adopted to distinguish a cow from another using a distinctive symbol burned into the skin of the animal with a hot branding iron. a modern example is the Pepsi brand owned by Pepsi Company.
  • In accounting, a brand which is defined as an intangible asset is often the most valuable asset on the balance sheet of a corporation. Brand owners manage their brands carefully to create shareholder value, and brand valuation is a key management technique that ascribe value to a brand, and enable successful marketing investments to maximize shareholder value. Although the brand is only available to appear on the balance sheet of the company, the concept of placing a value on brand marketing military leaders who will focus on long-term leadership and management for the brand.

Task 1

  1. What is your project? Why?
  2. Research - History ( Logo Evolution )
  3. The changes
  • WHAT IS YOUR PROJECT? WHY?

I have the task of choosing a sprite as my project. I have chosen this sprite is because I am interested in this sprite carbonated drinks. Therefore, I want to make some changes to the logo sprites are to attract more people who love and take advantage of these drinks like coca cola interest.

  • RESEARCH - HISTORY
Sprites have been introduced in the united states was in 1961 to compete with 7 Up. This is because of the common misconception that the name was inspired by illustrator Haddon Sundblom's "Sprite Boy" which has become a mascot character in coca cola ad campaign in the 1940s and 1950s. In 1980, many years after the introduction of the sprite, coca cola bottling was pressing so great was distributed 7 Up to replace a competitor's product coca cola. In largely due to the greater strength of the network of coca cola bottling sprites eventually became the market leader in the categories of soft drinks taste lemon-line in 1978.
